The story in the bottle
From a single 61-year-old vineyard on the Bottelary Hills: yellow peach, apricot and pineapple over marzipan and waxy, leesy depth, with a tangy, savoury finish.
Made from small parcels of our oldest vines. This season we farm 38.1 hectares of certified old vine, the largest holding of any private producer in the country, and it is their depth you taste here.
We are custodians of old vines. They know best how to express their fruit in any vintage, and we merely shepherd their knowledge into the bottle.
